Installing Sound drivers

Prerequesites

Know what kind of sound drivers you have,

Know what reources it consumes (IRQ, IO port, DMA)

Have the drivers to install it.

1. Log into the computer with an account that has administrator rights
2. Click Start>>Settings>>Control Panel>>Multimedia
3. Go to the Devices Page and press the Add button.
4. If your sound card is listed on the page select other wise choose Unlisted or Updated driver.
5. It might ask you to confirm the IRQ, IO and/or DMA of the sound card.
6. After all that reboot and it should be all set up.
